Principals

Leon is routinely invited to present his management and development philosophies at conferences, workshops, and training across the United States, as well as internationally. He is co-creator of the Community Values ModelTM, a business model that synthesizes community and stakeholder input into a strategic plan. He regularly addresses sessions at the National Park and Recreation Conferences and has served as a board member and instructor at the Pacific Revenue and Marketing School in San Diego, California and the Rocky Mountain Revenue and Management School in Colorado.

Allen has more than 25 years of experience in governmental operations and finance. He has managed a wide range of consulting assignments covering rate studies, cost-of-service studies, organizational analysis, and accounting, financial, and customer information system selection and implementation. Allen's industry experience includes public utilities, public works agencies, and city and state agencies. He has also provided advice on rate litigation and has prepared rate-filing packages for rate cases at Water Commissions and the Public Utilities Commissions. As a Certified Public Accountant, Allen brings much expertise to PROS. Due to his extensive experience in business plans and revenue studies, Allen is able to help clients with many financial functions and organizational development.

Neelay Bhatt possesses a professional background that spans 3 continents and includes experiences with the 2004 Athens Olympics and Paralympics Games in Greece, Disney Sports and Recreation in Orlando and one of India's foremost healthcare management firm, Medivision Infomedia Private Limited. His educational background with multiple Masters in Advertising, Business Administration and Sports, Recreation and Facility Management provide the breadth of expertise necessary to undertake a wide gamut of multi-faceted projects. Neelay has worked on and managed several master plans, strategic plans, needs assessments and business and marketing plans over the past few years with PROS and has served as Project Manager or one of the Lead Consultant on projects totaling over $2 million in scope so far. Neelay's personal philosophy centers around 'People First' and places a premium on building a plan that is driven by the people and puts the community's needs and vision above all others.

Katherine has over 25 years of experience across a wide spectrum of industries. She is currently responsible for managing all the HR and Admin operations for PROS.

William earned his Bachelor of Arts & Science from Miami (OH) University. His experience includes overseeing and compiling the final comprehensive parks and recreation master plans and strategic plans. He is also responsible for several business development initiatives of the PROS team. His specialized experience in logistics management for various components of the planning process and serves well in a wide range of consulting assignments covering market analysis, community involvement, recreation program assessments, benchmarking studies, strategic planning, and master planning. Mr. Younger worked in the municipal golf industry before joining PROS Consulting, LLC in 2004.

Tali has only recently joined the PROS Consulting team. Previously she worked in the hospitality industry as a manager for White Lodging. While working for White Lodging, Tali received two Excalibur awards for excellence and an award for outstanding guest service. She oversaw the set up of accounting departments in three separate hotels. Prior to working for White Lodging, Tali graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. She was a member of the RHIM honor society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars as well as repeatedly finishing semesters on the dean’s list. During college, Tali worked for multiple lodging brands, gaining an understanding of the wide range of tasks and duties necessary for management. As a consultant for PROS, Tali does a lot of behind the scenes work. She performs data collection and interpretation, report creation and edits, and provides general support to all the members of the team.
